Anti-Social begging

Street homelessness community continue to be a problem in Bristol and we are working in close partnership with Bristol City Council’s Streetwise Interventions Services team and other agencies in order to tackle this behaviour and support those in need of support.

  We will continue joint patrols with Bristol City Council’s Streetwise Intervention Services and partner agencies to engage directly with individuals experiencing street homelessness. Officers will focus on early intervention, signposting to support services, and addressing associated anti‑social behaviour, ensuring a balanced approach that prioritises both safeguarding and community confidence.
