Anti Social Behaviour

We are aware of continuing reports of concerning behaviour from a male exhibiting erratic and, at times, aggressive behaviour in Clevedon particularly around Southern Way, The Crab Apple pub and Fosseway.

We encourage residents to continue reporting any concerns or suspicious behaviour so that we can respond promptly and effectively.

Actions

  • 15 October 2025

The team has successfully identified the individual as a male previously engaged in similar behaviour in the Hill Road area. He was arrested at the beginning of October and he was charged and remanded to court and was issued with a Community Protection Notice. This notice is designed to prevent further offending by placing specific conditions on the individual’s behaviour and movements within the affected areas. Any breach of a CPN is an offence and may result in a fine or further action under ASB legislation, alongside the ongoing criminal investigation.

As a result of his behaviour the team have also conducted reassurance patrols in the area and will continue to do so.
