Tackling Anti Social Behaviour

There has been an increased number of anti social behaviour incidents reported to Police involving young people from and around Crewkerne.

The Neighbourhood Policing Team are working closely with the local Council, schools and Youth Club to tackle this and will be conducting patrols within areas such as Happy Valley and Falkland Square within Crewkerne.

We have also implemented dispersal orders under Sect 35 of the crime and policing act 2014. These were successful over recent weekends and assisted to lower demand and also lower issues caused to the community
