Help keep children safe by following these guidelines:
- Park legally and responsibly — avoid zig-zag lines, dropped kerbs, and school entrances
- Do not block pavements — leave space for pushchairs and wheelchairs
- Use designated parking areas or park a short distance away and walk
- Avoid stopping in the road to drop off children — it causes congestion and danger
- Be mindful of crossing points and visibility for other road users
- Respect residents’ driveways and access
- Allow extra time during busy school runs to avoid rushing
- Encourage walking, cycling, or car sharing where possible
Let’s work together to keep our roads safe for everyone — especially our children.
