Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and anti social driving in and around the Lake Grounds
To tackle ongoing ASB and Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) breaches at the Lake Grounds through high-visibility patrols, engagement with drivers, identification of offending vehicles, and enforcement where appropriate, in order to reduce nuisance, improve public confidence, and ensure the area remains safe and enjoyable for residents and visitors. Those found breaching the PSPO may be liable for enforcement action, including Fixed Penalty Notices, vehicle seizure, or prosecution.

The team have received less reports of ASB and inconsiderate driving over the last month however have continued to patrol the area. The team did respond to a call from a member of the public about a vehicle driving dangerously. The team had received a number of similar reports relating to the same vehicle. The vehicle was located and stopped and seized under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act.
