Anti social behaviour in vehicles
We’re getting complaints about vehicles being driven too fast on rural roads, and in an anti social manner
These roads can be narrow, have sharp bends, hidden junctions, and unexpected hazards like tractors, walkers, cyclists, animals, or horses. Driving at speed leaves very little time to react and can have serious consequences if something goes wrong.
If you’re experiencing speeding or dangerous driving in your area, please report it to us so we can build a clearer picture and take appropriate action. Slowing down and driving to the conditions really does help keep everyone safe.

We’re getting complaints about vehicles being driven too fast on rural roads, and in an anti social manner
Rural roads aren’t safer just because they’re quieter. Hidden bends, poor visibility, farm traffic, and vulnerable road users make speeding especially dangerous.
The limit is not a target — drive to the conditions.
Slow down on bends, expect hazards, and be prepared to stop within what you can see.
If you see anyone driving in this way and if safe to do so report it
