Rogue Trading
We have had reports of cold calling by small gardening/tree cutting businesses.
There have been reports of vulnerable persons being over charged for services, after agreeing an initial quote. Although not a criminal act these instances are known to have a sever impact on the well being of persons affected, not only financially but emotionally.
Please report suspected cold callers via 101 or Avon ad Somerset police website.

No current reports of Rogue trading locally, however remaining vigilant is key to deterring unwanted visitors to your property & calling 101 to report any suspicious callers/ vehicles.
