Wells High Street Christmas Patrols

The Wells Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) will be carrying out high-visibility patrols within Wells High Street and the surrounding town centre throughout the Christmas period.

With increased visitor numbers, seasonal shopping activity and festive events taking place, officers and PCSOs will be on hand to provide reassurance, deter crime and antisocial behaviour, engage with businesses and members of the public, and respond to any concerns raised by the community.

Residents, shoppers and visitors are encouraged to speak with officers during patrols to discuss any local issues or policing concerns. Wells NPT remains committed to keeping the town centre a safe and welcoming place for everyone during the festive season.
