High visibility patrols
Wincanton Rural Neighbourhood team are continuing to do proactive patrols during our early and late shifts. We have been making contact with our local rural areas and our farming community to see if there is any concerns or issues of which has not come to our attention. If there is any concerns or questions around your area and would like contact you are able to do this by emailing our mail box – SomEastNPTSomertonan@avonandsomerset.police.uk. If there is an incident of which is important please call 999 or 101 for less urgent reports.

We have also conducted some farm security assessments and farm watch to our farms who have suffered criminal damage, burglaries and thefts.
