The Constabulary currently has a portfolio of change which incorporates 3 highly interdependent programmes of work. They are:
1 Service Re-Design and Development Programme
2 Digital Transformation Programme
3 Infrastructure Programme
We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in change and project management to work flexibly across the programmes of work as required by the organisation, ensuring that projects are delivered as per required timescales and budgets and to the expected levels of quality.
We would welcome an application from you for this post, if you can demonstrate the following skills, experience and capabilities:
•A qualified and highly experienced PRINCE2 Practitioner with a strong track record of delivering transformational change.
•An understanding of how PRINCE2 relates to MSP Programme Management and ideally an understanding of how Agile methodologies can be used.
•Effective leadership, negotiating, influencing and management experience along with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
•Knowledge and experience of effective budgetary, resource and people management.
•Experience of proactively identifying, managing and resolving risks, issues and dependencies that threaten the successful delivery of projects and their related benefits.
•Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in written format.
•Hold a full current driving licence or be able to travel around the force area using alternative transport.
