Supplier guidance
Use this guidance if you want to apply for a contract or opportunity advertised on our website.
You can view opportunities put out to tender without signing up, but you must register if you wish to view the invitation to tender, express your interest and apply.

Step 1 :
- Register on Sell2
- Fill in your personal details, followed by your company details
- Follow the steps on screen

Step 2 :
After you create your account, update your classification codes and your company classification.
- In the top menu, go to Account > Company
- On the screen that opens, go to Classification Codes > search for your relevant CPV codes across all sectors. You must select both CPV and ProClass codes
- Then go to Company Classification make your selection
You also could complete other company information at this stage, although that is not mandatory.

Step 3 :
You must register with the organisation that is putting the invitation out to tender.
- In the top menu, select Portals
- Find the organisation, for example, ‘Avon and Somerset Constabulary’
- Select Register with organisation

Step 4 :
- In the top menu, select Tenders
- Use the search options to see available tenders > Search to bring up the results
- Find a tender you are interested in > View in Portal > Express interest

Step 5 :
Three new tabs should appear next to Tender. Those are ITT documents, Correspondence and History.
- Select the ITT documents tab
- View or download the tender details, deadline, and documents
- Either Opt In to confirm your interest or Opt Out

Step 6 :
If you opted in, upload all required files – such as an ITT and a pricing schedule – before you can submit.
You can also upload extra supporting documents, if needed.

Step 7 :
Scroll to the bottom of the ITT Documents page and press Submit Return.
You will get a notification email confirming your return has been received.
You also can modify your return, as long that is before the deadline. Select Modify Return and upload your updated files.

The organisation’s contact details should be within the opportunity details.
