Walk and Talk
Avon and Somerset Police are inviting women to meet with female police officers and PCSOs to show them areas in which they feel vulnerable or unsafe in their local communities.
Walk and Talks are open to women aged 18 and above who wish to share their worries or concerns regarding their safety in the local area with officers.
We will listen to you and, along with partner agencies, see what we can do to improve women’s safety on our streets.
What to expect
The Walk and Talk will:
- see you paired with a female police officer or PCSO
- take place at a mutually convenient time for you
- last around 30 minutes
- be tailored to the areas you wish to address or discuss
After the Walk and Talk has taken place, we will contact you by phone or email to obtain your feedback.
