Bristol man charged with robbery and burglary offences

Shaun Dibble has been charged with two counts of burglary and a robbery.

Dibble, 41 of no fixed address appeared at Bristol Magistrates Court earlier today (3 October) charged with robbery and two counts of burgling commercial premises.

He was arrested on Tuesday (1 October) and has been charged in connection with a robbery at Cotswold Clothing on Union Street, Bristol, on 25 September where designer clothing was taken and shop staff were threatened with a crow bar.

The two burglary charges are in connection with burglaries at the Fred Perry Store on Philadelphia Street, Bristol, on 15 August, and at the Traveller’s Rest public house in Pensford on 9 August.

Dibble has been remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance at Bristol Crown Court.
