Wanted prisoner Colin Hogben arrested

A man who was wanted after failing to return to HMP Leyhill from day release in Bristol on Thursday 23 June has been arrested.

Colin Hogben 73, was detained by police in Cumbria on Saturday 25 June following a public appeal to trace him.
