Arrest of wanted man Anthony Parsons

A man who failed to return to HMP Leyhill on Wednesday 20 December has been arrested following a public appeal to trace him.

Anthony Parsons, 30, was arrested in Cardiff on Saturday evening, 23 December and returned to custody.
