CCTV appeal after teenager assaulted
Officers investigating an incident in Taunton in which a 16-year-old boy was assaulted have released the image of a man they want to speak to.
The incident happened in Victoria Park at 11.30pm on Friday 16 January. Officers attended after we received reports of an altercation involving three teenage boys and a man.
The man was seen to kick and punch one of the teenagers, who thankfully did not sustain any serious injuries. His family were informed and are being kept updated.
The man was described as being slim with a distinctive grey beard, and wearing a bowler hat. He was carrying several carrier bags and riding an old bicycle.

Officers carried out initial enquiries in the area and are now releasing this image of a man they want to speak to.
