Appeal in relation to assault in Taunton
We are releasing an image of two people we would like to speak to in relation to an assault at a nightclub in Taunton.
A man, in his twenties, suffered injuries including a dislocated shoulder following an incident at a venue in Bridge Street at around 1am on Sunday 26 April. We do not believe there to be any ongoing risk to the public.
He has since been discharged from hospital to continue his recovery at home and has been offered access to any support services he may benefit from.
We have carried out a number of enquiries in relation to the incident, including a trawl of CCTV footage, but we are now at the stage where we are appealing to the public to assist with our enquiries.
We are releasing the image of two men we would like to speak to because we believe they may have information which could assist our enquiries.
The first man, pictured, is described as Black, estimated to be aged in his mid-twenties, of a stocky build, around 5ft 7-10ins tall, with dreadlock-style hair, who is wearing a pink hoody, black trousers, a long gold chain, a silver and gold watch, and sunglasses.
The second man, pictured, is also described as Black, estimated to be aged between 18 and 21, of average build, over 6ft tall, who has a double eyebrow slit on each side, a moustache, with a large black afro hairstyle, who is wearing a black jumper with a white collar, stonewash jeans, and a metal bracelet.
