Appeal to find owners of bikes suspected stolen

We are seeking to reunite two owners with their bikes which we believed to have been stolen.

Officers were called to a report of a burglary in the St George area of Bristol on Monday (31 August).

Upon arrival, the suspect had already left the address but later returned 20 minutes later and was arrested.

When officers searched the address, two bicycles were found and seized as they were suspected to have been stolen.

After initial enquiries to locate the rightful owners were unsuccessful, we are now appealing to the public to identify them.

The bikes (pictured) are described as a green Carlton hybrid-style bicycle and the second is a red Boardman sport road-style bike.
