Appeal to find owners of recovered jewellery
We are appealing to members of the public to come forward after several items of jewellery were recovered from an alleyway in Bristol.
A dog walker reported finding a trolley containing rings, necklaces, earrings and other items off Moor Croft Drive, Longwell Green, at around 1.40pm on Wednesday 1 July.
We are now releasing several images of the items which are suspected stolen in order to try and reunite them with their owners.
The items we have recovered are:
- A gold pocket watch featuring a train.
- Several pearl necklaces.
- Several earrings
- A number of rings.
- A gold woman’s watch.
- A white jewellery box with a gold pattern on it.

Anybody who believes the items belong to them are asked to call 101 quoting 5226181883.
We would require some proof of ownership before handing over any of the items, for example, a receipt or a photograph of a person wearing one of the specific pieces of jewellery.
If you can help, complete our online appeals form or call 101 and give the call handler the following reference number 5226181883.
