Police Community Trust

The Avon and Somerset Police Community Trust was formed in 1999 to help local communities in Avon and Somerset become safer, better places to live.

It is with regret that we announce the closure of the Police Community Trust.

Due to a lack of consistent incoming donations, the trustees are no longer able to continue the work of the Trust. As a result, we will no longer be accepting grant applications and are currently progressing through the formal winding up process.

A new grants process will be launched by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) in April 2026, with further information to be provided in due course.
