Operation Encompass

Schools in Avon and Somerset can take part in Operation Encompass. The aim of this partnership is to:

  • ensure schools have timely information about all police-attended incidents of domestic abuse
  • give schools resources to help them care for children and families affected by domestic abuse

We always share information about school-age children experiencing domestic abuse in the home with educational settings and, by signing up to this initiative, we can provide more support to education professionals.

Youth the Policing Education Hub

The Youth and Policing Education Hub has been created by Avon and Somerset Police to provide free, downloadable lesson plans which are aligned to local policing priorities.
