Increase contact opportunities with the Police
We welcome feedback from the public and encourage you to engage with us. We want to hear about the issues affecting your area, how we can support your community, and what you would like to see from us on a regular basis. This could include attending a ‘Talk to Us’ event, where you can speak with officers about policing concerns, receive crime‑prevention advice, and learn more about who we are and what we do.
We can also deliver Policing Masterclasses, offering educational sessions for communities on topics such as Drugs, Anti‑Social Behaviour, Fraud, Child Sexual Exploitation, Modern Slavery, and more, alongside signposting to appropriate support agencies.
We are also keen to see more Community SpeedWatch and Neighbourhood Watch schemes established. These programmes empower local residents to take ownership of issues in their area, play an active role in tackling them, and work closely with police for ongoing support.
If you have information about criminal activity, concerns within your community, are interested in forming or joining a Neighbourhood Watch or SpeedWatch group, or simply want to speak with us, please get in touch using the contact form at the bottom of this webpage.
