You will be engaging directly with our communities and will be responsible for ensuring that they receive an outstanding policing service. Our officers are leaders and every day make a positive and lasting difference to the lives of the public that we serve.

We are a courageous organisation which is committed to learning. Innovation is at the heart of what we do and we are always searching for new ways to help our people perform at their best, whether that is through the latest tech, pioneering different approaches or training and personal development.

Throughout your career we will enable you to unleash your full potential by providing dedicated support and training which will support your professional development.

Our decisions on postings are made on the basis of operational demand.

Individual preferences will be noted and we will attempt to accommodate them. We are unable to guarantee a specific location and will not be in a position to confirm a post until all recruitment checks have been successfully completed.

It is an expectation that all successful applicants remain in post for a minimum of 2 years. Successful applicants are usually posted to Response, however we reserve the right to post based on operational demand and suitability for the role.
