COVID-19 recruitment update
We are closely monitoring the impact of the virus on all our recruitment activities. Scheduled interviews and assessments are being kept under continual review and may be changed at short notice.

Many recruitment processes are continuing to go ahead as we have taken significant steps to move things online where possible.
Specific recruitment activity

Police Officer (PCDA)
We are working with the College of Policing towards the use of a new model of assessment centre that can be delivered remotely.
If you were due to attend an assessment, we will contact you as soon as alternative arrangements are confirmed.
Are continuing but at present will be carried out by phone. If you have passed an assessment centre we will be in touch to advise you of next steps.
If you have previously been given a date to attend Police Headquarters for a physical test appointment, we will contact you and this will be rescheduled.
Our familiarisation events continue to run via video-conferencing software.
We are continuing to process any applications that were received during our most recent recruitment campaign. All applicants should have received a response from us.

Where possible, interviews may be carried out via video conferencing technology.
If you are invited to video interview, further instructions will be sent to you via email. Where video interviews are not possible, recruitment activity may be postponed to a later date.
